Bengal Cat Colors, Shedding, Full Size and Average Weight

The breed of Bengal cats was obtained with the help of an interbreeding of a domestic cat and a wild Asian leopard cat. The ancestors of this breed had brown or black spots, which were randomly scattered on a common yellow background. However, during the propagation of the breed it was crossed with other species, resulting in many other colors of Bengal cats that can be met nowadays.
